Vacuum Laser Trim Fixture
Pictured above are examples of the many types of fixtures we have produced. The first is a hold down fixture, a standard for the industry of holding down parts for CNC machining. The second is a vacuum check fixture utilized as part of an inspection process. The last is a laser trim fixture which holds the part in position with vacuum. Then a CNC programmed laser trims the part. Vacuum is also used to evacuate smoke from the laser trimming process.
