K&K, Inc. was founded in
1997 and began with two employees focusing on hand-built foundry patterns,
core boxes, and vacuum forming tools. Within a year, we had expanded our
workforce and purchased our first CNC machining center. Shortly after that,
we added high-end software packages that increased our capabilities, including
the ability to do part/tool design and 3-D solid modeling. To this day,
our product line still consists of the same hand-built patterns, boxes,
and forming tools that have made us a mainstay in the industry.
We currently specialize in tooling from proto-type through production
using materials such as: wood, urethane modeling board, aluminum (billet
and cast), steel, and cast iron. We also provide mock-ups, jigs and fixtures,
master patterns, and focus on thermoform, pressure form, and RIM tooling.
Our technical services cover the spectrum of 3-D design, including Solid
Works, SurfCam, Work NC, CNC Machining, and CAD file translation.
Today, K&K, Inc. occupies an 18,000 sq. ft. building which has allowed
us to service many different industries from one location. The staff we
have assembled over the years has profound experience in multiple varied
aspects of the tooling industry. Let us take your ideas and shape them
into reality!
